Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. CONTEST PERIOD: Experience Plus-Bombay Gift Card Contest (“the Contest”) is being held from 8:00 a.m. on September 1, 2009 until 4:30 p.m. EDT on November 16, 2009. Contest sponsor is Paisley Manor Insurance Brokers Inc. (PMI).

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a client must be a resident of Ontario, Canada and must be 18 years old or older on the official contest closing date.  Entrants cannot be employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Sponsor or of their respective subsidiaries, sub-contractors, affiliated companies, parent companies, divisions, of its advertising or promotion agents, of its brokerage network, of suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this contest or any other individual directly involved in the holding of this contest as well as members of their immediate families, their legal or common-law spouses, and any individuals with whom these persons are domiciled.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary. Entry is automatic with the completion of a home and/or automobile insurance quote with Paisley Manor Insurance Brokers Inc. during the contest period.

4. PRIZE:  The Prize consists of one (1) $1000.00 CDN gift card for use at any Bombay & Co Inc. store in Canada.
   
   

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted by the winner as awarded.  The Contest Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any of the specified prizes are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control. Arrangements will be made by the Contest Sponsors to deliver the prize to the Winner by registered mail or in person.

1. RANDOM DRAW:  There will be a random draw at the Head Office 0f PMI in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10:00 a.m. on November 17, 2009 from all eligible entries received by the official closing date of November 16, 2009. The Contest Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) entry from all eligible entries. The selected entrant will be notified by phone shortly after the above noted draw date and must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question in order to win. In the event a selected entrant cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) business days of prize notification, another selected entrant will be chosen until the prize is awarded.  All decisions made by the Contest Sponsor are final.  All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor.  The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, stolen, destroyed or delayed entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

2. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure or malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entries are subject to verification and can be declared invalid. Entrants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the contest sponsor, which is final.  This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.  No correspondence will be entered into except with selected participants who will be contacted by phone.  By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor or their agents without compensation. 

3. By entering this Contest, the selected participant agrees to release employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Sponsor or of their respective subsidiaries, sub-contractors, affiliated companies, parent companies, divisions, of its advertising or promotion agents, of its brokerage network, of suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this contest or any other individual directly involved in the holding of this contest as well as members of their immediate families, their legal or common-law spouses, and any individuals with whom these persons are domiciled from any liability occurring as a result of a prize being awarded and confirms compliance with the Rules and acceptance of the Prize as awarded.  Before being declared a winner, the selected participant may be required to sign a standard Contest declaration and release form and return the form by mail or fax to the Contest Sponsor within a specified time. 

4. The Official Contest closing date is 4:30 p.m. EDT on November 16, 2009 after which time no additional entries will be accepted.

5. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these Rules and agree to abide by them.

6. These Rules may be amended by the Contest Sponsor at any time during the contest period.
